Poster Editing
The first alteration that I did was to reposition the title 'Bank' of the film so it looked more professional rather than having it over of the top right in the skyline.
Secondly, I researched professional and movie fonts used in the industry of movie posters and graphic design and found that the font Tragon that give the wording a professional edge that conformed to our crime/urban drama.

Thirdly, I had to add into the poster the age rating emblem and the emblem of our professional production company. Before I could add them to the poster I had to crop out the white background on the age rating so it would fit in with the poster.
After trying to do the same with the Paramount production company, it was unsuccessful so instead I cropped the same emblem from an actual professional movie poster of Transformers to then enlarge and add onto my poster.
Lastly, I changed the font of the example review writing and change on the typography colour to white as white, black and grey is our colour scheme. I also did some correction on the positioning of everything on there so it looked correct
Additionally I altered the contrast and brightness of the poster to give it some more colour and detail than before.
Evaluation
- The poster now has the age rating and production company emblems
- It now fits our colour scheme and genre more than before
- The new font looks professional and works with our genre
- From this I will experiment and add some of the colour back to the blacked out figure to give the poster a little more life to attract the audience and give it so more substance.
